Annual s.m.ART Festival The festival is being held July 19th and 20th at Cherry Bend Boat Park on the St
Joe River. Featured will be, Art, Artist Demonstrations, Music, Artist's Booths, Children's Adventure, and much more!
The s.m.ART Committee is getting a jump on our annual July event. The past two years have been so much fun that we can't wait to get started. We have had people asking if they can
be a part of the fun and our motto is "the more the merrier"! Therefore, if you would like to help out, here are some areas that could use some volunteers: " The Children's
Adventure " The Site Crew (setup and takedown) " The Sign Crew (placing direction signs to Cherry Bend Park) " Artists in Motion (people willing to oversee Artist's Demonstrations
during the event)
This year will mark the 19th s.m.ART Festival held annually in St. Maries during the third weekend of July, a busy weekend in St. Maries, so volunteers are spread thin. Please join
us to make this year's festival a great success. To contact us call: Linda Schardine at 245-3655 or L.G. Senelly at 245-9102.
Carrol Warner - Artist
My family moved to the St. Maries area from Minnesota in 1999. I am a member of the St. Maries Senior Center Art Group, the Palouse Divide Creative Group, the St. Maries Art
Gallery, and the St. Maries Council of the Arts.
I hope my paintings reflect my deep love of animals, nature and the Great Outdoors, giving you a glimpse of the beauty and wonder that I enjoy

Life is Art
Linda Schardine Life is a canvas, a work of art
We paint our own picture, it comes from the heart
As seasons grow, all the colors change
The textures and shades of our life rearrange
There's no printed page, on which to refer
We just let it happen as it will occur
Some paint with numbers
Some paint with zest
Some paint with fingers & some just rest
There's no easy answer to this drumbeat we hear
We paint our own picture, it's so very clear
