• Maximum of 4 players per team-see registration form for divisions
• All participants receive T shirt - winners in each division receive awards
• Registration forms and waivers received by July 1................$70/team
• Registration forms and waivers received after July 1 ...........$90/team
• Brackets and game times will be posted on website after July 15th
